About Jack

I started my fitness and wellness company after the events of 9/11 happened. It was the wake up call for me to get out of my comfort zone, and do something that I really have passion and determination for. When you work with me, you work with somebody that cares deeply about the health and well-being of others.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the California University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, I am an NASM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, IFPA Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Pre and Post Natal Instructor, NASE Speed and Development Coach, and a TTI Behavioral Analyst. As a Certified Wellness Coach, my experience and background in the corporate world (Hospitality Management and Training, Employee Development Sales and Training) allows me to connect with and understand employees and executives to motivate them to tap personal energy and focus, become fully engaged, and reduce stressors. My Lifestyle Insights System is a unique way that I can help people and organizations take charge of their health and well-being. It’s an Owner’s Manual for the Body-Mind. I train with a variety of bodies, shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness personalities. A fun and honest environment, community and family, and wholesome-positive attitude and feedback are my core values. Living in the San Fernando Valley and working on a daily basis here gives me a chance to meet many people from many different industries, ethnicities, backgrounds, and experiences. I’ve learned so much along the way, such as people have a variety of personality styles and need to be communicated to and motivated differently. People also have a variety of goals, wants, and needs. It’s not always just to look good on the beach that gets people to pick up the phone and call me. Sometimes it’s to lower cholesterol or stress, or to increase bone density that I get hired. Sometimes it’s to gain energy and endurance for work that clients use me for. I’ve been hired to help make HIV levels undetectable, thwart off side effects of medication such as prednisone, and re-establish range of motion and muscle mass after strokes and surgeries. People with herniated or slipped discs also do well on my programs.

I enjoy staying active in the local community as Past President of the Universal City/North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Universal City/North Hollywood Jaycees. I realize the importance of educating our nation’s youth on health-fitness and speak at local Schools and Colleges as well as to parents in civic and community groups. My speaking engagements include:

* Los Angeles Unified School District

* Whole Foods Market, Sheraman Oaks East

* Social Security Administration

* Los Angeles Valley College

* SADA Systems

* Volunteer League of the San Fernando Valley
