May have physical responses such as Heart Pulpitations. Should practice reducing stress by calling a friend or having silent time.
S=Introvert. Perceives environment is friendly. Easygoing/Accepting/Loyal. Emotion is "Non-emotional". Tends to be a people pleaser, Martyr/victem, or lacks confidence. May lack variety in diet. May have physical responses such as stomach issues. Should practice reducing stress by reading, bathing, resting or changing habits.
C=Introvert. Perceives environment is hostile. Analyzer/Precise/Accurate. Emotion is "Fearful". Tends to be a perfectionist and Tense up. Might get too caught up in measuring portions of food. May have physical responses such as Arteries Constrict and Headaches. Should pracice reducing stress by alone time and not worrying.
