1.) Always eat a Salad before going to Holiday Parties in case the Food choices are poor.
2.) Drink a glass of water between each Alcohol drink to reduce calories and hydrate.
3.) Burn extra calories by speed walking around the mall/store once before gift shopping. If you shop online, use a swiss ball to sit on so that you are working your core. Try gently bouncing up and down on it while you sit with your feet flat on the floor.
4.) At Holiday Parties, scour the food choices first, then choose to eat first a small portion of a food that you only get during the holiday season.
5.) Wake up 20 minutes earlier each day and do a quick home workout. Increase your regular workouts if possible.
6.) Have fun!! Stress promotes weight gain.
