If it has s a brownish tint or a dark dull yellow, you are dehydrated and need to consume some water as soon as possible. Clear to very light yellow is ok, and you should be doing fine.
In general, men should consume about 3 liters of water per day and women should consume about 2.2 liters of water daily. (By the way, 1 liter is about 34 ounces.) These are minimum standards, so adjust accordingly depending on your level of physical activity and exposure to heat and sun and humidity.
