Take an Attitude Walk E-mail
When you start feeling "stale" and "out of gas" in the every day hustle and bustle of your life, you know it's time to re-charge and get a new perspective on things with an "attitude walk".

Just 30 minutes outside of your daily routine & territory can do the trick. You'll boost your creativeness, optimism, and stir up those endorphines. Here are some ideas:

-Head over to a local city park and take in some fresh air and listen to the breeze and birds.

-Find out where the local hiking trails are by your home or worksite and enjoy some nature & trails.

-Explore and walk around a new neighborhood in your area and check out the houses.

-Go to the beach and walk along the water or pier. If no beach is around, find a lake or a stream to walk near and listen to the soothing sounds.

-See if your local high school or community college has a track you can walk around and reminisce about the good times you had as a youth.

-Walk on a treadmill at your local fitness center with your Ipod/headphones music playing songs that inspire and energize you.
