As President of the Universal City/North Hollywood Jaycees I get to be involved in many community and charity events. Nothing is as special and rewarding as our annual Operation:Santa. We deliver toys and cheer right to the doorsteps of deserving children on Christmas Eve dressed like Santa, Ms. Claus, and Elves.

This year's participating Elementary Schools are Maurice Sendak Elementary, Victory Elementary, and Coldwater Elementary. The kids write Dear Santa letters which are given to the Jaycees. We read through them and try to match the toys up as best as possible for delivery on Christmas Eve here in North Hollywood.
