PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Sessions are customized according to your unique body type, goals, health history and age. In-home training and training in private fitness centers are available. First session is always half-price to try me out!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Get a few friends, co-workers and/or family members together and meet me in one of LA’s local parks for a great workout! There’s no “I” in “Team”!

ONLINE TRAINING

Personalized email workouts just for you with detailed step-by-step instructions. And/or using Skype, Facetime, or Google Hangouts I’ll train you “live” at your home or at your gym wherever you live. Do you travel frequently? The online training option keeps you motivated and in-shape while on the road anywhere on the globe.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Many people hire me after their insurance runs out to keep them on track for their physical therapy after an accident or surgury. I also work with elderly people to keep them walking, increase their strength, improve their range of motion, and just have some weekly social engagement.
