Plants reduce stress in the Workplace

These studies show that when plants were added to the interior space, participants were 12% quicker on computer tasks, and their systolic blood pressure lowered by 1 to 4 units. Also, fatigue and headaches fell by 20% and 30% respecfully, and office coughing was reduced by 40%.

Some of the best plants for an office are those requiring little care. After all, not everyone has a green thumb.  Many cool office plants are east to care for. Some good plants for the office include pothos, philodendron, spider plant, snake plant, and of course the reliable cactus.
