See how long it takes to empty your right pocket. 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour? Becoming aware of your thoughts is a form of self control and self discipline, and leads to better emotional intelligence. Get in the habit of thinking positive thoughts all the time and you can accomplish anything!
Also, pretend you are the director of the movie of your life, and you are slowing the film down so that you can observe how you act and feel in each frame that represents various encounters and decisions you make throughout your day. Turn any negative thoughts, fears, and emotions into positive ones and you’ll be on your way to new opportunities and new heights!
