Why Jack? I have over 10 years of experience working with seniors on a variety of health and fitness issues. I hold a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and several Health and Fitness Certifications including Fitness for the Senior Population.
Do I accept health insurance? No, because as a Private Exercise Therapist, it allows me more flexibility to develop customized and personalized programs for my clients and patients that focus on integrating a full mind-body approach to wellness for optimal results. Many people hire me after their physical therapy insurance runs out. Some people also document my services as a form of medical expense tax deduction. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
How many sessions a week? That really depends on your exact goals, situation and health history. Most of my clients and patients hire me for 2 one hour sessions per week. (For severe chronic conditions or injuries, 3 one hour sessions per week is recommended.)
